PC Direct holds the right to cancel an order for any reason
at anytime.
Returns Policy
At PC Direct we try to make all purchases as
simple as possible and the same for exchanges and returns.
As long as you meet our return policy, keep in mind that some
products do not fall under this guideline so please read the
policy carefully.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
All product returns must be reported within 3 days of when
product was received or after a product is reported. Make
sure to get your (RMA) this is the Return Merchandise Authorization
#.
RMA must be handled with the proper paperwork within 20 days
of the dated invoice of sale or the sale is final.
The RMA must be shipped back to us within 10 days of the RMA
issued date.
All products are sold with the Manufactures Warranties. Please
note that warranty periods and services may vary by manufacture
and products. Please read the warranty carefully when you
are shipped the products that you ordered.
All returns are the responsibility of the shipper and we suggest
that you ship with a carrier that has tracking and insurance.
The shipper will be held responsible for the products returned.
All items must be returned unused and with all the original
packaging and have all accessories, blank warranty cards and
owners manuals.
There is a 10% restocking fee for returns that meet our policy.
For returns that do not meet our policy there will be a
charged of 65% fee.
Unopened software can be exchanged within 20 days of invoice,
open software cannot be returned.
Clearance items cannot be returned unless it is DOA and you
have a RMA and needs to be complete within 20 days of invoice.

Return Procedure
- E-mail our customer service center with your order # or
call it in.
- Fill out a RMA form and send it in by e-mail, fax or call
it in. After you receive your RMA # please write it legibly
on the return label.
- Return the entire package to: PC Direct, Inc. 2025 Magna
Lane Indian Trail, NC 28079 attn: RMA Department
with your RMA #.

Exchange Policy
PC Direct handles all exchanges unless noted by the manufacture.
All products are sold with the manufactures warranty. Exchanges
after 20 days will be handled by the respective manufacture
unless you have a RMA # with PC Direct Inc.

Payment Policy
Payments to PC Direct can be made by the following methods:
credit card, checks, money orders, and wire transfers.
Credit card
We accept Visa and MasterCard . Please note that your card
will not be charged until your order is shipped. PC Direct
will notify you of backorders allowing the choice of cancellation.
There is a small fee of 3.5% up to 6.5% for credit card transactions based on
the total of the invoice and card type.
Check or money order
All orders paid by check or money order will be released
to our warehouse for shipping 10 days after receipt of payment.
Once payment is received it cannot be modified or cancelled
without going through customer service and the proper channels.
All payments made by check or money order should be accompanied
by printed receipt including tax and shipping tax if applicable.

Wire Transfer
There is a $35.00 surcharge applied to wire transfer
payments which is automatically added at time of order or
when order is processed. If you need more help with this
option please call our customer services line.
Bank Information
If you decide to make payment by check, phone orders or
wire transfer, a customer service representative will call
you to confirm your order.
We do not accept international orders at this time, except
with prior arrangement.

Privacy Policy
PC Direct will never sell any of your personal or corporate
information, or share information with any group except as
required by law.
If you request, we will retain your email information so that
you may receive monthly sale. Should you wish to discontinue
this service, reply with the words " REMOVE " in
the subject box. This process will take 1 or 2 business days
to complete.
If you wish to be deactivated from our mailing list, please
contact us at our marketing department.
